KoloBa closed colostomy pouches have been developed with your safety in mind. The products have two hydrocolloid layers for optimal fit and maximum security. The dark part closest to the stoma has a high level of absorption. It is mouldable and swells up for optimal stoma closure which minimises the risk of leakage. KoloBa Soft utilises an ultra-soft and thin hydrocolloid layer that provides extra flexibility and optimal fit. All colostomy pouches are equipped with a unique coal filter which is protected by an extra partition and air channels, reducing the risk of leakage and the filter being covered. The filter is also helpful if the pouch balloons, in which case you can press lightly with your hand on the bag so that the air channels open and the air passes out through the filter in a controlled manner.

Just like KoloBa, Mediplast’s drainable ileostomy pouches- IloBa- are available in black or beige designs. The IloBa range features 2-hydrocolloid layers for optimal fit and maximum security. The dark part closest to the stoma has a high level of absorption. It is mouldable and swells up for optimal stoma closure which minimises the risk of leakage. IloBa is the only ileostomy pouch with an integrated non-return valve, providing extra security against backflow from the pouch to the stoma.
