Suture Strips
Mediplast offers sterile non-woven suture strips designed to reduce the risk of infection, provide support to the edges of the wound and produce a better cosmetic result. Suture strips are available in two different designs: beige strips are elastic; and white strips are reinforced.
Non-Woven Tape Omnipor
Surgical Omnipor® fixation tapes are made from white non-woven fabric with synthetic rubber-based adhesive. The product is intended for covering and securing dressings for sensitive skin, as well as securing tubes and cannulas, even for newborns. Omnipor® products can be cut/modified to the desired length, and they can be torn without scissors. The fixation tape is X-ray permeable. Available in various sizes.
