Foam Dressing
Mediplast offers foam dressings in polyurethane. The dressings are available in three different versions: Non-adhesive foam dressing, A foam dressing for effective absorption of wound exudate from moderately to significantly exuding wounds. Foam dressing with silicone, An adhesive foam dressing with super absorbents for effective management of heavily exuding wounds. Foam dressing with silicone and adhesive border, An adhesive foam dressing with superabsorbents for effective absorption of wound exudate from copiously exuding wounds.
Foam Dressing Hydrotac Comfort
HydroTac® series products are sterile and disposable foam dressings with a gas-permeable, waterproof, and bacteria-repellent polyurethane outer layer. The wound side of the dressing has a hydrogel-impregnated mesh structure that keeps the wound moist. The gel consists of a hydrated polyurea/polyurethane hybrid polymer containing propylene glycol. The comfort and border versions of the dressing have a polyacrylate adhesive-coated border that secures the dressing to the intact skin surrounding the wound. The dressings are available in various sizes and shapes.
