Hydrocolloid Dressing Hydrocoll III
Hydrocoll® is an adhesive, absorbent hydrocolloid dressing coated with a semi-permeable layer that protects against bacteria and water. Hydrocolloids turn into gel and create a moist environment for the wound, accelerating granulation and epithelialization. The dressing conforms to body shapes and can be removed painlessly. Hydrocoll® is suitable for the treatment of low to moderately exuding wounds, e.g., chronic and slowly healing wounds that are not clinically infected, such as leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, and second-degree burns. Available in various sizes.
